History.
Established in 1972
Initially owned by Mr. Thomas Infantolino, Blue Water Fish Market is been open to all Bayside community for more than 40 years. Today, owned by Jesus and Domingo Miranda (who initially was an employee of the store), keep the place running the way Mr Infantolino did for about 35 years.

This store has been a big part of my life for many years; I plan to stay in this store for as long as my legs and hands allow me to. Throughout my time here, I consider myself blessed to have met so many wonderful people. I feel as if many customers and my employees are like a second family. I am proud to say that i have the two greatest daily employees, Domingo and Jesus. These two men are both brother my blood and they are more than just workers for me, they are my family. If it were not for them I would not be able to run this store as I have always strived to do. I is my hope that one day, when I decide to move on, these two men will take over the store that i put my blood, sweat and tears into. I know if this happens, Blue Water will not run differently, it will be the same and my customers will appreciate that.
